AI Bot Team
100+ assistants, one org chart. A coordinated team of 100+ AI assistants organized like a company, with overseers, specialists, QA and a usage governor.

Instead of one chatbot, I run more than 100 AI assistants organized like a company. Each venture has an overseer bot that acts like a project manager, and specialists sit under it for design, web, QA, research and operations.
How it is organized
- Overseers own a lane (a business or project) and decide which specialist picks up each task.
- Specialists do the actual work: logos, sites, store checks, content calendars, research.
- Ops bots watch the whole system: a performance coach that tunes prompts, a reality checker that pulls real metrics, a fail-fast bot that flags stalled work, and a tracker for parked ideas.
- A routing charter limits how many bots join a task, which cuts duplicate work and keeps usage in check.
What I learned
More bots does not mean more output. The gains came from clear ownership, small handoffs and a rule that every claim needs real evidence behind it.
